Though I haven't read all six pages, For me I try not to look at the name of the campground. I look at what it has to offer for us. The location. Is the facility maintained, place clean, staff friendly? and of course price to some extent.
We try to find the best balance, and the campgrounds that get our repeat business, usually are the places where there is little to sacrifice on said above.
