I use a tension shower curtain rod and put it over the shower or from wall to wall if that is a better fit. In our previous motor home,I put it wall to wall up near the ceiling (but not too high for us to reach). We usually take our shower before bedtime so the towels are dry by morning and can be put in the hamper until I do laundry. There was one already installed in the shower of our present motor home. It is not a tension rod but put up with brackets and can be lifted out if need be for a tall person to use the shower. My DH is 6 ft. tall and it doesn't bother him.
