How do you pay your bills on the road on extended trips?

How do you pay your bills while on the road for an extended trip of a month or longer? We pay our bills online from home but are leery of say logging in at a Starbucks on the road to pay bills. What...

Online, we cut the home cords years ago. Verizon hot spot or cell phone hot spot, at home or on the road. Not concerned with someone using our WiFi, they would have to be close enough to get it's limited range and have the password.

And DTV DVR moved from home to RV, hence no cable.

But not off grid at home with utility power, water and natural gas.
