How do you pay your bills on the road on extended trips?

How do you pay your bills while on the road for an extended trip of a month or longer? We pay our bills online from home but are leery of say logging in at a Starbucks on the road to pay bills. What...

The DW either calls the companies and pays by credit card or uses her cellphone as a hotspot and pays by her laptop. She has a list of all of our bills and when they are due.
It's quite easy compared to getting mail.
