How do you pay your bills on the road on extended trips?

How do you pay your bills while on the road for an extended trip of a month or longer? We pay our bills online from home but are leery of say logging in at a Starbucks on the road to pay bills. What...

yup. and in addition to my earlier post we have set up text and e-mail alerts from our bank and credit cards for any ttansaction >$1. charges, checks, deposits, withdrawls..anything >$1 and we're norified.
