That is correct and so is DirecTV. It's an FCC regulation, not a DirecTV rule. HOWEVER, all you need to do is call and say you want your SERVICE address changed and new locals. You will need to give them a specific address for the locals area you want. There is no need to include that you are moving your RV or give them any other information. We do this on our boat all the time and in over 12 years have never had a problem or an issue. Chuck
