I retired as a commercial bus driver. The passengers could get up and move around as well as use the bathroom, not so much for the driver, I got to the point when I needed to stop I stopped, it does the body no good to strain the bladder. My advice, stop when you feel the need, walk around, stretch and enjoy the trip.
