We try to use 400 miles a day as a guide when towing. That works out to 50 mph for 8 hours. This allows for fuel and bathroom stops and a quick lunch. I find we can get in early enough to set up and have a leisurely dinner. If you have 10 hours to get there - that would be doable for us.
