For my calculations, I plan on this exactly overall 50mph averaged out including stops.
My family actually travels a bit slower, like 45mph but we're pokey when we stop. :)
From there- you can decide how long/far works for you. My family are experienced travelers and going 13 hours went amazingly well with my 10 year old and 2 year old.
