When Towing on a highway where the speed limit is 70 MPH, how fast do you go?

when towing on 2 lane, usually around 55-60 and pull over for traffic behind me.
on multilane around 60, but if there is much traffic, I'll get in the right lane behind some trucks and keep at the speed they are going at. Keeps the trucks from needing to pass me if I am going slower, and me constantly pulling out to pass if they are going slower.
