How fast do you go

Assuming conditions allow for it, if the speed limit is 70 I go 70. Our freeways are 80 in southwest Idaho and I don't tend to tow over about 75, though. I do think towing 20 mph below the speed limit, which realistically gives you about a 25 mph speed differential with most traffic, is more dangerous than towing a little faster. Unless your setup is marginal, I suppose.
