Then you get the price shell game. In Europe, there is no negotiation on price. A $25,000 trailer is a $25,000 trailer. It isn't sold for $50,000 to some sucker at one place or $10,000 at another.
I would pay 10% more for a rig, if it came from the factory ready to go. No dealer prep, other than basic stuff like inflating tires and attaching a battery and propane cylinders.
It would be nice if the factory used Eternabond there, so all seams are sealed for good, and caulk is mainly used as a secondary seal, as opposed to the mainstay of water protection. Or even better... have the roof done with a seamless epoxy elastomer product like rvarmor, so there are no seams on the roof to leak.
