remove wheel, remove cotter pin, remove hub nut, pull drum off. outter bearing and race will just fall out. with hub off remove 4 9/16 screws holding backing plates off. cut two wires running to magnets. Put new backing plates on. reconnect wires, replace everything, probably would do a new bearing pack with new seal since all is apart. And put new cotter pin back in. adjust brake to where a regular turn on the wheel on trailer turns about 1 1/2 times. Job complete....have a beer.
