How long a trailer and be comfortable towing on a long trip

Not mentioned yet but I have found that increasing the length also increases the towing stress.I went from 16ft to 19ft to 24ft and am thinking of a 27ft BUT anything above 24ft seems to increase the stress level.

I stay off interstates and cruise the back-roads and need to get into some "tight" spots in some "off-the-grid" spots. If you stay mainly on interstates and don't need the maneuverability then bigger should not be an issue.

Just think about where you need to get to.
