I've owned my 1993 travel trailer for 6 years now. It was barely used when I bought it but, it was old. I use it every weekend in the summer. She is getting a little rough. I look at different ones once and awhile but, I have this one set up perfectly for me and it was cheap and has more then paid for itself.
I am going to try and squeeze another season out of it next year. I just don't see any reason to spend the money when I can use this one for now.
Who knows what the future will bring. I'm 54 and a old high school buddie of mine died last year. Another had a stroke.
I think that I will run it one more year and see what happens then.
Plus, it is getting harder, and harder, to find camping spots in my area. Too many of them are being taken over by "Seasonal Users" that are just using the camping spots as lake cabins. In our present environment there may not be places for working people to go camping anymore.
