How many can they get in that camper?

Had a family of 5 ( Mom - Dad - 2 teenagers - 1 perhaps 9ish ) pull into the site behind us om Memorial day with a Tear Drop..

The weather was horrible , heavy rain and wind after the first day.. They disappeared for the next 2 days and re appeared after the bad weather.

I DID NOT talk to them as we were leaving, but I assumed they stayed elsewhere due to the bad weather..... kind of defeats the purpose..

A true minimalist family!

I bet they have wonderful stories to share or remember down the road.

Looks like fun to me. Reminds me of our camping trips as a kid in the old Chevy station wagon. There were 7 of us.

Looks like there's a hardtop roof tent on top of the suv so that's 2 adults, or maybe 3 kids. I saw a teardrop trailer recently and the family said it also had 2 small bunks above their bed.
I'm perfectly ok with 7mpg to get my 31' of space!

4 bicycles looks like 2 with child carriers. That family is close and on the move!

Reminds me of Aggies in a phone booth. I do like their shade shelter

Adults and small kids in the tear drop, teenagers in the back of the SUV for overnights on the road? At a campsite, they might have a tent for the kids.
