At 60 MPH, that's 21 hours of driving time, not allowing for fuel stops, meals, sanity breaks, etc. If you are willing and capable of pushing it a bit to drive 10.5 hours per day (12 to 14 hours of total time) then you can do it in 2 days. Otherwise allow for 3 days.
