It could be done in two long days... but I would likely make it a minimum of 3 days. 400 miles is about the most I would want to drive on consecutive days. Towing is more tiring than regular driving.
I would encourage you to take a nice lunch break during your drive to get everyone out of the truck for an hour, away from the vibrations of the road, let your eyes relax, stretch your arms and legs, etc.
That is a LOT of driving for 4 days. We take a yearly 950 mile trip to Florida in the winter and stretch that into a 14-18 day trip to make it worth our while...
