At the end of the day, the only answer that matters is what YOU feel YOU can do. The rest of us can brag about how far we can tow in a day, or how we take our time and drive 350-400 miles per day towing (that's me), but we aren't you. You need to do what you feel you can do safely and forget about what everyone else says they can or can't do.
