Wife sent me to Wally World for a few things here in my hometown, Woodstock N.B. and had never seen that many rv's before at onetime.There was a Tiffin DP, 2 class C's, a Quebec contingent of 4 TT's one of which was a short wheelbase Uplander hauling a 24 footer (another story) and 2 other larger TT's one each on the outer edges of the parking lot. 9 in total. Have never seen anymore than a few in the past.It is raining buckets here, maybe the reason for more than usual

I have stopped in Valdosta, Ga and it looked like an rv park. They had circled the entire store and was starting to fill spaces at the far end. I didn't take count, but there had to be 50 or more.

It's been a long time since the last Walmart thread!

Walmart in Valdosta used to allow parking for folks attending home football games at the Valdosta State University since there is little parking near the school stadium and the main parking lot at the University fills up very quickly. That was a few years back and I don't know if they still allow parking or not, but that may be the reason for so many.

Counted 17 at the WM in Whitehorse YKT once.

Whitehorse, YK must surely be one of the most popular. Last time we passed through it seemed to be covered with rentals. Heard a story about one idiot making a fire ring from nearby river rocks.

Now THAT is really tearing the backside out of it.

not at a wally but one fall day we encountered nearly 50 RVs of all sizes and types at the Flying J near Dade City FL. I mean they were parked everywhere!

DW does not like to over night in WalMarts. She feels it is not safe. I told her that they have security. She rather stay at a Flyingj.

I love a good Walmart thread. I guess we've seen as many as a dozen rvs of various sizes parked overnight with us at one or two walmarts, but mostly, it's just half a dozen or less and they don't "camp". they just park and shop and sleep and leave fairly early next a.m.
