How much power does solar panels actually generate?

Lets say the solar panel is rated at 500w, how much power should I expect it to generate on a sunny day vs cloudy day vs rainy day? As a separate question, is it possible to run a residential fridg...

Looks like 1250 watt hours per day. Divided by 5 hours = 250 watt system to power the fridge. I would double it to allow for energy losses and other systems. That puts your initial 500w guess pretty close. ;)
