That's a great controller but he would be pushing past the upper limit of what a 45 amp controller can handle. I'd go for the 60 version. Whether he wants MPPT or PWM is another question.
The one failing of the MPPT Tristars is that they do not do diversion loads--so something needs to be added on. My understanding is that the PWM version includes that feature. The OP is very likely going to need that feature--or waste lots of watts.

Here is another controller to consider for your solar panel setup. I have one and like the remote panel option. This way you can mount the controller near the batteries and have the display in a spot that works good for you.
