How about six of the following?

It is rated at 305Ah. If the roof can handle it, I'm going for 4 x 240w Sanyo HIT panels.
I've also done some research on the fridges. Looks like I'm going for something like Sun Frost models. One of them is a 12cuft model that draws 24 amp-hrs per day at 70F. Even at 90F, it only draws 39 amp-hrs per day. It also uses Danfross compressor which I hear is good. The price is no more expensive than the Norcold 12 cuft one sold with the trailer.
