In September I paid a little over $250 for a house and chassis inspection of our Class C. It took the independent shop about 3 hours to complete and came with a very inclusive report. They checked all systems, the roof, all appliances, brakes, suspension, engine and transmission. They also took a short test drive in it. They did not inspect the tires as I asked them not to as I was replacing all of them under the Michelin warranty. Timing of the inspection might affect the cost as well if you are looking to have one done during the busy season.
