How much time is reasonable for work to be done

I'm with mowermech , I do not understand why people allow the RV industry to do things the way they do. We had to wait over a week to take delivery of our unit because they were too busy to PDI it. To me that is unacceptable. Make an appointment in a reasonable time frame, and get working on it. Of course I came from an automotive dealer background, and our customers would never put up with what this industry gets away with...(poor quality, half-assed repairs, etc etc.)
