How much time is reasonable for work to be done

If you were to need some warranty work to be done on your RV, what would be a reasonable amount of time for the dealer to begin doing the work? Not how long it takes to complete the work, I mean, to j...

Because that wasn't an option to take it there in November when they called. What parts are needed to be ordered from the factory to do a Fiberglass repair?
