How much will this cost us?

Estimates are that approx 40% of our tax money is wasted thru keeping non-working disfunctional gov programs going that are now just sucking our tax money. If we'd finally cut out just half of the non-functioning wasteful programs it would free up 20% of our tax monies and be far more than need for top notch roads. After all, about 50% of the workers/people don't pay any income taxes and it's the 5% of the taxpayers who pay most of the income taxes yearly and they are not the majority of users of our roads or waste programs either and yet are taxed to finance them. A mere tiny percentage is used by the 5% taxpayers and it's not right! How would any you like to pay for a new luxury car over and over and never even get to see them, let alone drive any of them??? Just get in your old wheels a enjoy as you have no choice!
