So valhalla, just one question. If you take the standard 5 axle truck with 80,000 lbs load vs. a 10 axle truck with a 90,000 lbs load - which one has the more ESAL?
Therein lies the fallacy in the "Increasing the load by 12.5% increases the road wear by 42%" - BULL!! There are to many variables for a one size fits all statement like that.
