Those 3 in one bars are fine and dandy if everything you tow lines up perfectly with your hitch....
But in reality, TV's are varying in hitch height and trailers are varying in hitch height too.
I set my draw bars to suit each trailer I tow. I want all my trailers to tow level. I don't want the hitch way up in the air or dragging on the ground.
This requires a drop hitch in some cases, flipping it over for a raised hitch in others.
I tow 3 trailers and have a ball mount bar set up for each one so they ride at the proper height. Each of my 3 trailers needs a different height for the hitch.
