I wouldn't use moth balls for the environmental effects and the dryer sheets probably make nice nest bedding. If you don't have a cat (or a disinterested one), coyote, fox, or other animal urines (sold at hunting goods stores) makes a good rodent repellant. I know some folks have good luck with Fresh Cab but I haven't used it so can't say how effective it is.
One thing you can do immediately is remove any pathways into the RV. Any access holes or inviting looking structure should be closed. eliminated, or even treated. Good luck with the mouse problem.
