I don't know if you can ever truly 100% mouse proof an rv. Go over it with a fine tooth comb and plug any holes you can find , then if they are still getting in then load up with mouse traps , I use pb as bait, set the them to a hair trigger and place where the poop trails are. be sure to check and empty every so often. I don't like using poison, Ive had them crawl into the worst possible places before they expire.
