No.... trading or a new RV just locks in the legacy costs of the old MH.
Then you start over accumulating costs and estimating depreciation on the new RV.
BTW have you priced a luxury hotel lately with similar amenities as the RV? Not difficult to spend $300+ per night for something nice in a prime location. You can always spend more or less no matter how you decide to travel.
