How to do a bike rack on a 5th wheel with no receiver?

$500 is excessive IMHO. Search for a Service Body Receiver kit. It requires some fabrication, but it's nothing any local weld shop couldn't fit for less than an hour's worth of labor. Amazon has them starting at $140 depending on the length you need to span the frame rails...
