Leave a key in the ignation and turned to the first position.
Check to make sure the radio and all accessories are off.
What does that have to do with dolly towing a car that does not have locking steering?
The question was " How to Dolly Tow Unlockable Sterring Wheel Car"
To me that indicated he was asking how to tow it when he could NOT
keep the steering wheel unlocked (with key removed).
The question did not say "does not have a locking steering wheel".
The steering wheel needs to be unlocked on most tow dollies.
With may ACME EZ tow it is specified to tow that way.
In order to do so, I leave a spare key turned to the
first position, all accessories turned off and lock the door
with another key.
There lies the problem the question is, the car does NOT have a locking steering wheel and with a dolly that pivots, wheels or table, how do you keep the steering still.
