The real market dictates the selling price and dealers only offer what they see at auctions. (There's a large private network with this information that only dealers have access to.)
All you can do is pick what you feel is a fair starting price based on NADA. If you dont get any real offers or even showings in 1-2 months, you're either too high or its the wrong time of year. And this is not a good time of year, everyone is looking for low ball pricing right now.
