All good except they don't work. Lots of thread on here about how the mice make nests out of them. They seem to work only because you have no mouse problem.
If your using mothballs for rodent prevention try using dryer sheets instead. I use them in the compartments of my boats to deter mice. Works great, smell good. Just place a sheet in all the compartments.

Ozone is an oxidizer in the same way as chlorine and bromine - it's lethal to rubber/fabrics/plastics and will rust steel quickly. Yes, it will get rid of odors, but so will lots of fresh air being moved by a fan for a few days.
Car dealers use ozone to get rid of smoke or mildew smell in used cars. They don't care if the wire insulation gets brittle or the fabric fades: if the car smells OK, it will hopefully be gone soon; and the ozone damage will be someone else's problem. - ValofNYExplorer IIThanks for all the good input ~ ~

- CavemanCharlieExplorer IIILots of fresh air and cleaning. Might take awhile to air it out. Might take lots of scrubbing to replace the moth ball smell with cleaner smell.

Well, I won't do That again. I put mothballs inside my B while it was in long term storage. While I'm so happy to resurrect my traveling machine, the smell of mothballs is noxious. Any suggestions?
Two. Lots of fresh air and time. Depending on the state you bought them, they may smell differently. See below.
"Mothballs are nearly 100% active ingredient, and the active ingredient may be either naphthalene or paradichlorobenzene. Each active ingredient can cause different health effects if the exposure is high enough. Mothballs slowly turn from solids to toxic vapor. When you smell mothballs, you are inhaling the insecticide."

Yeah, right. :R
Fresh Cab has always worked for me. :B - LwiddisExplorer IIwrktfsh's method is what I do.
- LynnmorExplorerWe put a mothballs in a number of those ketchup cups from fast food restaurants. Then we place one at each propane burner to ward off spiders since they are attracted to the smell of propane. We write down the location of each so none are missed. Airing out the RV for a few days is all it takes unless mothballs are missed.
