This is coming from experience driving a truck (18 wheeler or more if I doubles).
If the tire is coming apart and the tread is flapping in the wind hiting the motor home than stop. But if the tire is just flat and its still in one pice than get off the inter state to a safe place. Just slow down and take it easy. If you only go a short way at like 55 or so you will be fine. I have gone down the road many miles with a flat on the inside so I could get to a safe place.
