I watched a mobile home mover disassemble a temporary classroom. They simply put blocking under it and then jacked on an angle and the pieces slid apart. It took a few times but seems like it would work. Put wheels on one side and blocking under the other side and a few bottles Jack's and slide it your self, you only a foot of space.
