That may not be so easily done if deck is against the one side.
For a do it yourself deal I like the floor jacks and paver deal but to add to that I would get a couple pcs of 10ga metal about 18" x 36" and put on pavers then floor jacks on metal so you'll have a smooth surface to roll on.
