If you get one with an outside shower (a not uncommon feature), you can just put a more convenient nozzle on the shower hose and voila. A normal kitchen sink hand sprayer might be a good option, and would be just as handy for the typical uses the outside shower gets (rinsing off sandy feet, filling dog dishes, etc).
