- GordonThreeExplorerProbably a good vehicle to drive around servicing remote oil/gas platforms, logging camps, missile silos, underground lairs, etc.
- Grit_dogNavigator IIINo one can just say “that’s cool lookin” and move on with their day?
- fj12ryderExplorer IIIIf I need something like that to get there, I'm not really interested in going.
- ppineExplorer IIIReally cool until you have to put fuel in it or find spare parts in the middle of the Russian Arctic. The Russians are famous for using old military vehicles and keeping them running with few parts.
There was a program awhile ago about some Americans that were logging in Siberia. They got frustrated all the time because the tough conditions caused a lot of breakdowns. They were always waiting for parts. Their Russian counterparts would just figure out a way to stay in business. The Americans left in disgust. - p220sigmanExplorerIt would probably be pretty fun to drive, but I'd hate to get the bill when it is tire replacement time.

Second video was very cool to watch! Loved what they did with the broken wheel at the end - you can ALWAYS fix something, even if it is not what is expected! - TvovExplorer II

It is all about gearing and torque - and I am assuming relatively low highway speeds. - LynnmorExplorer II145 horsepower, less than many of our small cars.
- MDKMDKExplorerCapable, yes, but what about fuel economy? And emissions? Probably not carbon friendly??:R
