Yeah, I would love to see these links that go to changes that haven't been put into effect since Obama, who is our president BTW, hasn't done anything to change them.

As far as upcoming changes, the only people who can tell you what those are will be psychics. Politicians are notorious for forgetting all those nasty little campaign promises they made to get in office. :)
