Is this possible?? The trains in the Netherlands are now all powered by wind energy.

Actually in the US only 33 percent of power is produced by coal and this number continues to drop. Some states have very little power produced by coal. Idaho uses the least, Montana the most. A lot depends on local resources. Coal powered electricity on a world wide level continues to decline.
