John, thanks for posting this video. Mind-blowing. It brings hope to the future. We're not all doomed to pollution; water, air, noise, land and light.
If I were 25 years old I would see this as a very bright future and hope for the human race and Earth.
Others see this as a bad thing; loss on investments, jobs, income. I see it just the opposite. Where did we ever get the idea that we have to work 60 hour weeks to get ahead in this world? I think this follows the same model.
In 1975 I took my first trip to Guerrero Negro, Baja California where they produce salt from ocean water. There was no other work at the time so workers were three-days on and three-days off although they were paid the same amount as a weekly worker.
I see only positive results. More creative work time and less: traffic, pollution, transportation time, frustration, anger, rage, depression and the list goes on. We will always create something to do but maybe it will go backwards yet forward at the same time if that makes any sense.
Imagine a world will little or much less pollutions. Clean skies, land and water.
Mind blowing. Thanks for posting.
Hi Chris. We are in tune with what you are saying re work etc. Some european countries are already experimenting with basic minimum salaries to see how it affects society. Finland is one of them. Small project at this time and its just starting.
There are some really good German videos on the topic of technologies effect on society and again specifically on EV's and Solar grid power. Interesting stuff. I am at the point in my German Language formation program where I have to watch videos that interest me and this is working out really well. Tenemos que ampliar nuestros horizontes no???
de acuerdo cien por ciento!
