Zip Wax on a soft brush, and Reliable RV cleaner for the black streaks. If you haven't touched the trailer's exterior in two years, you either have black streaks or it's stored inside and you don't use it.
This is the first time in six years that I feel like I need a genuine, hand-applied, wax job. Prolly gonna have to bite the bullet and do it this year. Zip Wax will take most of the easy stuff off and leave a decent shine if you use it three or four times a year. I wash the roof twice a season with Spic-N-Span. Every Year gets a little harder to maintain that new look.
