May be a reputable company. And alignments is all they do. Do they do heavy trailer alignments? If they cannot figure out your problem, you need to get a second opinion.
This whole story doesn't pass my smell test. A very reputable company, that ONLY does alignments. And they cannot tell you what your problem is. Did they advise that you should replace your wheel bearings?
I have never heard of a company that ONLY does alignments. Never thought there was enough demand for alignments that would make a successful business without selling tires, suspension work, collision damage, etc.
