I hear you, we don't have one of their totes but have a Barker powered tongue jack and after 8 years one of the switches started to become somewhat unresponsive. A quick call and both switches were in the mail the next day, they threw in a jack cover to boot. Their powered tongue jacks are a bit pricier than most, but they are built here in the USA and their customer service is outstanding.
