First of all Hughes customer service is great. The first unit I had was always showing a ground issue when I plugged into power at any campground. Called Hughes, and they shipped me out a brand new unit. Told me to use the box the new one came in to ship the old one back. Also provided a shipping label.
I am assuming it is working as designed. Have had no power surge/wiring issues. Could not tell you if booster has kicked in or not yet. But, according to the volt meter, voltage has always been in the mid 120's. Even when running both A/C's.
So far so good....
