Hurricane Evacuation, Foster cats and the military!

Friends of mine are military stationed o a base. DH can't leave until base says so. But he decides to send DW and the kids to higher ground. So she gets on the road with the 2 children and honest...

Nice story but I would not let anyone know I had 9 cats in base housing. Maybe things have changed since I retired, but having 9 cats would get you removed from base housing when I was on active duty.
