We are in the Panhandle but in a flood plain just a few feet from a river and nine miles from the Gulf. Our biggest threat is always storm surge and flooding unless we take a direct hit, which hasn't happened in a while. We are gassed up and ready to go and we also have our "in-house" emergency preparation (generator, water, ice, iron rations & etc). Sometimes we go, sometimes we stay....we will see.
